"YouTube Partner Management team" email

Today I received an email from a user "Javid Aslanov" saying this,

"Dear ***,

My name is Javid and I'm on the YouTube Partner Management team. Our team of experts helps creators grow their channels and audience and get the best out of YouTube. We think your channel *** has been growing recently and as a result you may be eligible for free, personalized channel support and audience development advice."

It also contains a button that leads to a site starting with "youtube.force.com"

Is this legit? Or am I just being paranoid?

The email address ends in "@Google.com" by the way.

I say jiggly-bytes when I see "GB".

It goes down better than you would expect.

Reporting would probably safe other users a lot of hassle if google decides to take steps against them.
