You mean the reference cooler? This one?

If so, they will all be the same (EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte etc.). The reference cooler is actually pretty good. It keeps the card cooled okay (will be better than an open design in an SFF case) and isn't too loud. At full load, the fan is noticeable, though.

EDIT: If you mean the white and red card, it is similar to the reference design in terms of noise. 

 

Temps are in this review (they tested SLI and single card)

True. I edited my post with some results from SLI 970 Turbo cards (still blower). It shows how they operate with some airflow blocked off, as well as next to another card. It can give a better idea of how they'll work in a small case.
