I currently have a single loop with a 360 magicool rad, EK supremacy block, and the XSPC X20 Dual 5.25 bay res/pump. I'm adding my GTX 690 (evga hydrocopper block) to the loop with a Phobya Xtreme 200mm rad. My questions is will my pump be enough for this loop or should i upgrade to a Swiftech MCP655 and use a micro res?

I would upgrade the pump just so you have a more reliable pump to cool your 690.

The micro res is excellent, however If you like your current bay res go with something like this and a D5.

6 months - probably a rev 3 then. Overall not a bad pump kit - about 500L/h versus say a D5 that can do 1200L/h. "Should" be able to handle the GPU and the other rad - but also depends on how hot you run and the restriction on the block on that 690. You can also bang it all up and try it. It will work. Get good quality static pressure fans for the rads and monitor temps. If things are not working out well, to high of temps on load, can always then upgrade to the XSPC res with the D5 variable... or the swiftech with the micro res....

Upgrading water cooling is a pain and expensive depending on whether you use coolant or not.
