Trouble Overclocking cpu

Hi I just got a new cpu and was trying to overclock it but anytime I did I got the error Whea-uncorrectable error. Does anyone know why this is happening when I try to overclock the cpu. 

 

My Rig

 

Motherborad: Gigabyte Z170-HD3 DDR3

Proseccor: I5 6600K

Graphic Card: Nividia Gefore GTX 760

Ram: Kingston Hyperx 8GB

Power Supply: Corsair CS750M

Case: Corsair C70

Try to increase Core Voltage.
