Should be more than enough room, the Enthoo Luxe isn't a small case just closed off with the PSU shroud design and front plate that hides the 5.25" bays and drives.

Well that depends on what you like but with a single GPU and mid sized air cooler it should fill the space rather nicely, maybe a bit open below the GPU at most. The shroud and front plate do make the case look a bit smaller atleast from the window side so it doesn't look too empty.
