Considering that this game isn't even out yet, nothing is certain. A 7950 should be able to handle it though.

1080p max settings 60-80 frames, assuming it will be close to Battlefield 3. If not, then no one knows

i do got the closed alpha/beta whatever it is, and i can run it fine maxed out 4xAA with my PC (see Signature) .. Im doing well with constant 60+'s (in some cases it drops to mid 50ish but thats really rare) considering the full game will be somewhat more optimized, you should be able to max it out decently.

Well since 7950 runs BF3 Ultra at 80-90fps, you can expect at least 60fps in BF4. But nobody can say now since the game hasn't got any optimization yet. That CPU might hold it back tough, better invest into the FX8320. Other things seem fine to me.
