@DarkBlade2117 it's seems solid but idk about 1440p is their any videos that could show solid fps on triple 1440p

Is the closest I could find to benchmarks. The difference being is that the 8GB 290x's are weaker then the 980Tis and this is triple 3440x1440 monitors not 2560x1440

1440p is a bit more "sharp" compared to 1080. There is a difference, compare a 27inch 1440p monitor to a 1080p 27 inch monitor. The difference is quite noticeable

ofcourse it is, 1080p isn't meant for 27''

 

anyway, OP wants 140Hz on triple monitors, so i think 1080p is the best way for now

and also you can clearly see that money isn't his problem

so he can easily upgrade when he will be ready

 

but for now, 3x1440 + 140Hz just don't match

It is certainly do able in games where it counts. In games like Witcher 3 and Shadow of Mordor, 144FPS really doesn't matter. Along as you are at or above 60FPS. Though in games like CS:GO where getting over a 100FPS matter, those 980Tis will easily do it.
