Cheap Case Fan and CPU cooler Recomendations

I need sheep case fans preferably 120mm or 80mm under ten dollars each AND i would love for them to have red accents i know red leds may be impossible at this price range but if you know some that have them please let me know also in the market for a cheap AM3+ CPU cooler that is at least better then the terrible stock cooler I was looking at the

The CM TX3 Evo (smaller) isnt bad either, i have one in my server.

Most come bundled with thermal compund, both my nh-d14 and my tx3 evo came with some.
