Download the ISO and create a flash drive with it using Rufus. I think I have already posted about this and even the proper way to do it in about 2 threads today.

I really wish this forum had a wiki or more stickied threads that way you could just go read it and never have had to made this thread. Maybe asked questions there if necessary... @Charger

 all you need to do is extract the iso file and then copy the contents to the root of a usb drive.

Indeed it will, this is what I do all the time.

This depends on the motherboard. I've done that before and I was able to boot off of the flash drive.
