800$ is your minimum for a laptop that is capable of properly running Witcher 3 in FHD

If you want a laptop that would be able to run that game well then for need to pay 800-900$

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

750$ is likely also doable but then you're compromising something.

Maybe he could find something on sale that was 1000$ and now 800$ or another laptop deal. Right now there is January sales in Denmark where you can save money on alot of things, I don't know if your contry has sales like that, but if it does, look for a great laptop deal.

Prices here are currently shit. I got mine leased so I don't get affected by sales :D
