I managed to get it working... just gonna mark this solved. Whoops.

I've tried every method I've found. The registry path doesn't exist, Morrowind Code Patch can't find my game files, I can't find a Steam Workshop for Morrowind.... I don't know what else to try. Is there a startup command I can use or something?
