http://www.samsung.com/au/consumer/tv-audio-video/sound-bar/sound-bar/HW-J450/XY is the product

 

My nan won this in a competition, had no use for it and gave it to me. I only have audio on the right side (it currently sits on my desk - yet to wall mount it) but I think I can hear static from the left side, implying it's not broken.

 

I've checked and I can't find audio channel mix options,

 

help?
