Any suggestions? I would like a gpu without the cpu heavily bottlenecking the card in gaming.. Is the 750ti okay? I have some Chinese knock off (huawei) 400w psu attached to it so yeah... Budget isnt an issue. Bottlenecking is

750ti would be perfect... what games do you play?

It's more of upgrading my dad's PC when the time comes.. I'll be upgrading it to 8gb of ram from 4gb too! Is the 750ti the only one that works?

Nope, you could go with a 960 as well. The low end maxwell cards hardly draw much power. The PSU has PCIe power cables right?

Or you could get any were from a R7 260x to a R9 380(x) but with the 380 I'd probably get a new PSU.

Wont there be bottlenecks then? If i recall g3250 is a pretty weak cpu

750ti or 960... 960 will beat a 750ti but will cist a few bucks more
