It depends on the cooler,

With my 6600k and H100i GTX i get around 32 idle and 56 under load.

Is that without any over clock. The cooler is cooler master hyper 103 . what do you mean by load full 100% CPU stress test as my idle is around 30 also. Thanks

As @Sportiva said, it depends on the cooler. My 6600k idles at the higher 20s (28-29 deg C), and the highest I've seen during AIDA64 stresstesting was around 62 degrees C. This is with a Noctua NH-D15 (with both fans) and a 4.7ghz overclock.

Its stock, but when overclock the two temps increase by about 3c and when i mean underload i mean 100% stress test for about 15 minutes.

However i have a custom fan curve on my H100i GTX which makes it super quite.

I've gotten mine to 4.6ghz with 1.36 volts however im pretty sure i won the silicon lottery, so i'd try to do 4.4ghz with 1.35 volts as a start and see how far you can push it.
