So I got my 980Ti overclocked and its stable to the point where I don't get any tearing or artifacts, games don't quit on me, card doesn't overheat, and Valley doesn't crash. But I am noticing that if I run Valley for like 30 mins, I notice my card decides to cut performance in half and I go from getting over 100fps in each scene to about 52 to 55fps now. It's weird? No artifacts and card isn't overheating, it stays between 65c-70c the whole time. So I am confused...are these overclocks stable or no? When my card is not overclocked, Valley doesn't do this. I can run Valley all night, wake up in the morning and its still running normal fps. Any options?

Unstable OC. Valley isnt everything. Different Games stress the Card differently.

I can OC my Card to stable Valley but 3D Mark it insteand crashs.

And you have to check Clockspeeds with GPU Z, not by looking at FPS. If the Card just kicks the OC and return to factory speed, you will not notice it through fps alone.
