No post, GPU ramping up.

Just wonder if anyone has heard of the GPU fan ramping up and down with no post. I'm assuming something is dead, but it's strange how the system was working 5 minutes ago. Can't seem to find anything related to the fan speed via google.

It could be another component (most likely your ram) that is not working.

It could be another component (most likely your ram) that is not working. 

 

That's the first thing I thought! I managed to fix it by jumping the cmos, and loading the back up BIOS. For some reason removing the battery did not clearm it.
