If you get a new GPU and some other peripherals and while gaming your system just shuts down completely/restarts does that mean the PSU can't keep up? CPU and GPU temps are great, I have programs monitoring them both. Also had Frapps, Firefox, Mumble, Raptr, and AI Suite 3 open on desktop.

Corsair AX760 on Hybrid

Fury Strix

ROG Max Hero 7

Razer RGB Firefly mouse pad

Razer Kraken chroma headset

stock Intel heatsink

All settings I establish are reset every time it shuts down. In game setting in World of Warcraft, Mumble headset info, GPU Tweak OC profile, etc.

The symptom of complete shutdown seems like a PSU issue. Your i7-4790K is quite heavily OC'ed from what I can tell, are your GPU's overclocked at all? If so, reset their OC's and try gaming again. @anthonyc813

Try re-seating your RAM. Take out your RAM, and put them back in, perhaps in different slots.
