I can get one for 40$, do you think i should?
It would be good to have a smaller PC in a year and a half for college.

 

Or should I wait?

If you can fit everything in it without severely restricting airflow I don't see why not.

I did have an FT05, but sold it and got an HTPC case to better fit my situation, but i will want a smaller one

Ohhh... that's a shame it's an amazing case isn't it.

And I just checked your profile and from looks I don't think the tj08 can offer anything to you.

So long as your PSU is short, CPU cooler isn't too big and HDD count isn't too high it would be a good case.

 

I have a PS07, the cheaper version that supports dual 120's instead of a single 180. I had issues with my use of 180mm PSU's, the number of HDD's and the size of my Shadow Rock 2 CPU cooler. The orientation of the HDD cage caused some major clearance issues with my cooler. And with the PSU, due to the closeness of the cable management hole trying to put my 24 pin through resulted in enough pressure being applied to actually torque the case to a point where I couldn't install the side panels. A shorter PSU like you have would have fixed that but at the time I didn't have the money to buy a new PSU.

 

That said, you'd need a new cooling setup and motherboard so maybe it's not the best option.
