you know what guys... I think I will stick with what flexluthor told me... what do you say?

 

Save money. Just grab this. 8GB of RAM is more than enough for gaming. I'd save up for a new GPU in the future:

the only complain that I have is that I wanted to get 2 more DDR3 8GB stics later but that cpu can only run ram in dual channel

 

Dual channel doesn't mean you can only run two DIMM' s of RAM. Four sticks will be fine, but you don't need more than 12GB for gaming.

nice but... how much will I reduce the lifespan of my components by OC? and... my gtx 970 says OC. those that mean that it is already OC or that it can be OC?

 

1. OC' ing doesn't reduce lifespan by much.

2. There is already a factory OC.

factory? so it is overclocked... can I stop the oc if I want to see how much is the difference between it being oc and not being oc?

 

You can reduce it using MSI AfterBurner.
