Cloud Storage for Web Files Drive Syncing

I need a file solution for my web files. I want a program that can synchronize a whole drive across my laptop and my desktop, which both have allocated drives for these specific files. I don't want this "F:\Dropbox" shit. I just want it to sync the whole of "F:\".

 

Any ideas?
