PWM NZXT Grid+ V2?

Hey,

 

I'm just looking for an PWM alternative to that fan controller. Do you know any? Setting up fan curves with an option to turn them off completely if they hit certain temperatures would be great. Getting real temps is also a must for me. And my drive bay is occupied already so I would prefer something in PCI-e slot or fully internal.
