Photoshop exporting issue

Hi... I have a copy of Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and whenever I select the "Quick Export as PNG" option nothing ever shows up
I've restarted Photoshop I've restarted my pc but it still doesnt work
Same thing with the Export As button, but a window shows up and says processing but never does anything
I'm lookin for an answer that doesnt involve reinstalling the whole program so any help with this would be nice

why not just use "save as" and save it as PNG?

Save As doesnt give me the option to save as a PNG

The older photoshops did have this feature but they replaced it with the Export options and thats what Im having trouble with

what are you using? CC?

on CS6 i can just save as and you can save as any file type

on CS6 i can just save as and you can save as any file type

 

I used to use CS6 and while that did have the option to just Save As and select PNG, CC 2015 only lets you Save As a Photoshop document and to export as a PNG you have to go to File > Export > Quick Export as PNG

ok then idk, maybe a reinstall will fix it or something :(
