Password Saving Program

Hey guys,

 

The other day on the WAN show Luke mentioned he uses a program to save all of his passwords. I am just curious if anyone knows what he uses, or what are some that you guys use. I would prefer it to be a program that runs offline so I can access certain programs while offline.

I like using a pen and paper.

You know.

I just try all like 30 variations of my passwords till I get the right one.
