Zotac 980ti?

Go to solution Solved by i_build_nanosuits,

Hi, I found a Zotac 980ti for $579.99. I know a lot of people say that Zotac is crap, but it's the same nvidia reference with a couple of tweaks right? Should I just save up for a better 980ti model, or is this a good deal?

actually the zotac AMP! and AMP! extreme are amongst the better 980ti you can get...they are very quiet and have good cooling...anybody stating otherwise is clueless.

Go ahead.

EDIT: if you're looking at a reference model card i would suggest you re-consider since the blower style cooler is not quite good enough to cool down such a power hungry beastly GPU.

The cards hit 84c and trottle under the nvidia cooling solution even with no overclock.
