Hey guys, I need some help. So i've been doing searching aorund for parts for my rig. Seems like everybody says this is better than that, and thats better than this. i want to build a really good gaming/ streaming rig. I want to play games such as GTA 5, Minecraft, Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, Farcry 4, etc. Also would like to record at 1080p 60fps.

  • Black and White themed
  • ​OC capability
  • ​$1500 or less
  • ​Duel monitor set-up
  • ​Crossfire capability (later down the road)

You dont need DDR4 trust me I have rigs with ddr3 and ddr4 and there is very very very very small difference.

Either or. Depends on your budget. On one rig, less of a hassle, but might want to lower the settings a chunk. (Nothing major) With 2 separate ones, all the hassle, but slightly better game quality while streaming. (Nothing major, as before)

A 4790k and 980Ti is the best option, it will produce satisfying results for sure.

For $1500 it's simply the best option.

Arguable, but should be satisfactory.

depends on editing software wether it likes cuda or OpenGL

Crossfire?? do you want only amd video card or am I being pedantic?
