Can anyone draw me a stencil based on this image? I am no good with drawing (both on the PC and IRL).

I might be misunderstanding you, but it's a JPG. Bitmap, meaning it will pixelate when blown up.

 

I'll see what I can do, interesting Son Kun bumper decal.

You misunderstood me, let me reword it

I will vectorize it meaning i can resize it to any shape while keeping the quality the same 100%

Then i can expoert it as a png,jpg or whatever you need it as
