I really need help :(

I have Sky Fibre internet connection and for a week it has been really slow and my ping has been really high. I have phoned Sky support twice and they advised me to change channels, I did that then internet worked on my phone and everyone else's phone and ipad in my house. I though the problem was over until I tried to play CSGO and my ping was over 1000, I did some speed tested on speedtest.net and my ping was around 30 (wireless) I moved my PC and everything down stairs and tried it as a wired connection and everything was the same so I went on to CSGO and tried again but still my ping is 1000. I do not know anything about networking so if anyone can help I would love it!
