New computer issue

So I just built my new computer and everything seems to be good except that it starts up for 2 min, then resets, but after the reset it is fine. Problem is that I get no signal on my monitor. I've removed some RAM and tried with two different cables (HDMI and DVI-D) and two different monitors. The CPU and Mobo is completely new.

GPU: 780 GTX
PSU: Some shitty 500W 
MOBO: z97gaming 5
Cabinet: Cooler master stryker

PSU: Some shitty 500W is most likely the culprit here, more than enough wattage but maybe a bad unit.

Take out GPU, use iGPU and see if it works

Bro check memory in memtest. I am really recommend this. I always running memtest after new pc or new part of pc.
