Vegas pro 13 Chroma Key problem

So i was just editing an video in vegas pro 13 when i had to use the chroma key because there was an green screen behind it.
Usually it just removes the entire Pure Green Screen but now it just deletes a part of it and i get a cursor to choose where the green screen can be.
It's really weird, here is a picture:
