Is This Legitimate? - LGA1150 Mobo 1st Bid .99$

I found an Ebay listing for an LGA1150 motherboard with the first bid at .99$. Did the OP not set a starting bid by mistake or is this some kind of scam? Thanks.

EDIT: Already noticed the ~$60 shipping but that still seems underpriced for this "new" motherboard.

$58 shipping - he's gonna make out OK selling that board.   FWIW, that used to be considered a policy violation as it was a dodge to get around seller fees.
