Change the power supply to one with better quality.

A r9 390 would give more performance.

No need for a Z-Series motherboard with a non K-series cpu.

Are you gaming only? If not, reduce the RAM to 8GB. Put on a CPU cooler if you want to overclock since you have an ASRock mobo. Change the PSU to a Seasonic/XFX one. It's overkill anyway. Change the GPU to a R9 390. Done.
