A Fairly Permanent Mouse

I have had so many fucking mice break on me. So, I am looking for a fairly permanent solution. I don't need a crazy amount of buttons, in fact I don't want any at all. Wired or wireless is fine, if wired, I prefer a braided cable because I don't want another mouse shitting on me. Laser or optical, I don't know the difference so which ever is better. I just need something that won't break. Something fairly high in quality item and name without any issues. For hand grip, I don't give a shit either. I'm defiantly thinking something not gloss plastic (obvious) because of finger print magnet etc... Something with a pretty decent range in pointer speed as well (Windows image). Most mice I get I have to max out all the time and will have almost no room left to function on a high resolution. So I'm thinking something like a work station mouse.

Suggestions?

Logitech performance mx master should be nice, my cousin has the original performance mx for like 8 years and no issues besides the feet being scratched, which is a completely normal since he never used a mousepad

I'm concerned about the battery though, how would you be able to buy a replacement, do you have a suggestion for a wired mouse?

The extra buttons, I'm looking for something extremely minimum in buttons. Left, right, and scroll wheel click

It has two extra buttons which a lot of mice have. The "extra" one on top is to control the DPI of the mouse. The other two don't get in the way and I believe you can just disable them if they are going to be an issue.

Okay, I'll keep it as a note. But do you have a suggestion for a wired mouse as well? Thanks

I am pretty sure you can use it wired/wireless tho the original performance mx is a beast of a mouse and the battery still holds just fine

I have the Performance MX from Logitech, and like the others have said, it is an excellent product.

It is Laser, and worked on glass most of the times I have needed it to (though your mileage may vary.)

The size is larger, which is perfect for people with... You know... Adult sized hands.

The battery is robust, and I generally only have to charge it a couple times a month, unless I go on a gaming binge.

The included USB cable can be left attached if you want to use it wired, and will not cause any adverse effects on performance.

The biggest downside is the USB connection is Micro-USB, and you'll want to be careful when plugging the cord into the front of the mouse.

Honestly... The Performance MX and the MX Master are the two best mice available today (IMO.) Mine is great for everything I do.
