Sleep than B,O,D

What keeps happening is that every time I put my computer to sleep from desktop with nothing running on it when it's trying to power up it takes 5 min or so then it pops up as a b,o,d with a tytle of power state falure. plez help.

depending on your os           maybe win10?

some psu dont support win X's new power saving modes while sleeping etc
