This definitely won't work. Controllers aren't compatible with other consoles besides the PS1 on the PS2 and the and the GameCube on the Wii and Wii U. (These are only supported because of the companies and developers adding support.)

As for cross platform like this controller and your console that hasn't been supported for these platforms.

No, not out of the box.   you'd have to use a converter like a cronusmax plus to use it on a ps4.
