Laptop upgrade

So I have a Acer Aspire 5733 and I want to upgrade it. Now I know that I can't do a GPU upgrade as it doesn't have a GPU, but I would like to upgrade the ram, and the processor. Am I able to do that? It has a i5 in it as we speak and 4 gig of DDR3 ram and I want to have a intel hd 300k+ for the integrated graphics. 

 

It would be nice to know and some links to the upgrades.

Most laptops are only limited to the RAM and storage unfortunately.
