So I was wondering if I can paint at least the fans or some one nows how to paint th r9 270x sapphire vapor x edittion

Disassemble the GPU carefully and paint desired parts.

While it's not recommended fans can be painted, ideally though it should be left alone and parts like the shroud or cover are much better options to mod as to not affect the performance of the fan.

I´d recommend to be careful and use Plastidip.

you can paint the shroud, but you shouldnt paint the fans
