is there any way to speed up steam downloads beyond 10-11 mbps or keep them more consistently high i am using Ethernet on a cat 6 cable and speed test.net reports 93.6 mbp/s download speed

93.6 = 11.7

It also depends on what else is using internet speed.

You are downloading at 11MB/s, not 11Mbps. 11MB/s is around 90Mbps

Get faster internet. Limit anything else from using internet. Problem solved. But is there even problem? 50gigs will come down in 30mins anyway. Do you really need it to be faster than that?
