PNY gtx 750ti enthusiast edition vs Sapphire R7 370 2GB NITRO OC

Verblink42

so ive been searching for a budget gpu lately and i stumbled upon the PNY 750ti enthusiast edition which has a core clock of 1.20ghz.  I also stumbled upon the sapphire r7 370 which seems better than most 750 ti's but i was wondering if the 750 ti can outperform this r7 370.  Both of these cards are around $130.  Which do you guys think is better, feel free to express your opinion.

The 370 is better. The 750 Ti is more of a competitor to the 260x.

You can get a 370 at 114 presently and for just 10 dollars more than your $130 you can get a 950.
