Duel Socket Xeon setup?

I recently watched this video: 

 

and started looking for a similiar setup but with DDR3 instead of DDR2, and came across this motherboard for a good price, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Foxconn-02010HE00-600-G-Intel-LGA1366-Dual-Socket-Server-Motherboard-/181833796762

 

and I am planning of fitting 2 Xeon E5620

 

but I have a few questions:

 1. What Type / How much Ram will this support

 2. Will it support a graphics card

 3. Does it support raid

 4. Where is the power button headers

 

 

 

if you know of any other similar motherboards around the same price please tell me

1. it will support more than enough ram for gaming im 99% sure

It looks like it supports enough ram given the 50 freaking ram slots. It has a graphics card port, though if you are planning on getting more than one graphics card then I would find another one.

It looks like it supports raid. This motherboard probably doesn't have that, which is not surprising. You can always jump the motherboard though, so I  guess that's not a big deal.
