Being unable to exted partition could indicate corrupt secors on the disk, some formats ( like exfat ) you can't even resize without formatting. And sometimes "unallocated space" isn't realy unallocated but just not recognized by your OS

so how can i fix the sectors and my os to recognize the drive, also the drive is in NTFS .

You are running windows on a mac right?
Windows can't read HSF+ ( mac format ) partitions by default. ( but paragon has a free driver ).
But if you are using bootcamp that sould not be a problem.
Does your mac recognize everything?

My mac recognize everything but that 27 gbs of storage.
