Bro, thats a locked multiplier. There is no K, unless you meant to put i5-6600k

Yes you can OC locked CPU's on Asrocks z170 boards.

You can oc it look it up...

 

One can oc locked cpu. However, one cannot change the multiplier which is the easiest and most stable way to oc and Intel cpu.
