Is possible to unlock iPhone 6 or 6 Plus which have iColud lock?

Nope, Ive got the same problem with 3 Iphone 4's.

Unless you know the email contact them or if you have proof of purchase see if apple can unlock it for you.

I couldn't unlock mine but good luck anyway
