problem with Google Chrome not opening.

All of a sudden my google chrome stopped wanting to work. I have Edge for a back up browser and it works fine. I've tried rebooting my PC and I've re-installed it multiple times. Sometimes it will load but after 5-10 minutes have passed (not exaggerating ). any ideas one what could fix this?

 

I run on a Windows 10 64bit OS if that helps.

When I attempt to start it, nothing happens. It just stay's closed until 5 or so minutes have passed. I've looked at the task manager when I try to open it but nothing shows up.
