Which parts are overpriced? :)

IMO PSU, Corsair PSU's tend to cost more then EVGA G2/GS series or anything from SeaSonic/SuperFlower/XFX units of the same wattage/efficiency and the same (if not better) quality. The RAM seems a bit pricey too, a good kit of DDR4 16gb will set you back ~85 USD here but it could be different there.

Hahahah true :D Yeah a good quad channel kit from the QVL costs about 140 € in Germany. And I went for the Corsaur PSU because of Cablemod cables:D

I'd make a couple changes...

 

-Corsair Vengeance RAM is more expensive than its worth, unless you have disposable income.

-A Samsung 850-Evo is newer, faster, and cheaper than a 730 series.
