Headphone/Microphone static

I have recently had enough of the constant static that is coming through my headphones at highish volumes. (Lower volumes are horrible to me, just a personal preference). There is also static coming through my Microphone which is noticeable more by my friends in team speak than Skype but is still annoying for everyone. In my opinion the audio quality is fine besides the static as I mainly play FPS games using Sennheiser PC 350 Special edition headphones. I am looking for a cheap solution (Under 30$ if it costs at all) that will be fine till I get another motherboard. I have also tried my headphones on my laptop and there was not static coming through the headphones or microphones.

Please help me as honestly the static is mostly annoying my friends which then annoys me when they say shit like your headphones are terrible, which is a pain if you paid over 200$ for them.
