Noise cancellation application?

Hi guys!

So, I need some application (preferred as windows) that can cancel noise, or at least reduce it.

I've got a few files now and I've recorded some, but there's so much noise so I can't understand a darn thing.

 

Could please suggest me some app? Free to use would be awesome
