Hi y'all, after all these years of air cooling, it's time to enter the pathway of water cooling... I am prepared to do a full GPU and CPU liquid cooling rig but I need some help choosing the components.

I have a sharkoon rebel9 case and I am planning to mod the bottom to put a triple 120 rad horizontally with fans pulling air from the bottom (I will make fan holes) up to the gpu parts.

I will list the parts that I am planning to use:

CPU Block: Magicool MC-BLOCK-CPU II

VGA Block: Alphacool HF 14 GPU ATI NVIDIA Smart Motion Universal Copper Edition

Pump: Seltz Hydor L30

Reservoir: Magicool Tank MC-AGB150

Compression Fittings: VoltStorm G1/4" 13/10mm, VoltStorm: 90° G1/4" 13/10mm Black Nickel

Rad: Magicool Slim Radiator 360 (LC-RADI360)

Fans: Cooltek Black Crystal System Fan 120mm x3

Liquid: TFC Feser Aqua Ultra Pure Water

Thanks so much everyone, I really could use some tips..

PS: The reservoir will be mounted externally, and how many fluid bottles should I buy?

Question - do you live somewhere were WC parts are hard to get? That is one weird shopping list. :)

Your GPU - it is a uni block - so don't forget you will need heatsinks for the vrm and ram chips. And air across them them to cool them. If you can, get a full cover GPU block. SO much better - I know, I have uni blocks myself...

Your pump - that is a pump for fish tanks - not water cooling loops. Incredibly low flow rate. You need a pump specific for water cooling systems.

Fans - those are not suitable for a rad. Very low specs. You need fans with very good static pressure...

For a 360 rad and two blocks, 1L should do. Any reason why that water? It is basically fancy, distilled water. You could buy plain distilled water. Get more then 1L though, to rinse out all your new parts. Also, if using just distilled, don't forget some sort of biocide and possible an anti corrosive.

I know right? I currently live in Greece (Although I'm not greek) and it's so very hard finding WC parts... The best think that I can do is use that universal block and install something like this: Arctic Cooling VR002 Accelero XTREME Plus Heatsink Set...I'm not sure how compatible it is tho.. The best pump that I could use is either the one I posted (yes I know, it sucks..) or this one XSPC X2O 450 Watercooling Pump Acrylic Reservoir or EKWB EK-DCP 4.0 Watercooling Pump... Fans, are easy to find, Imma going to get a couple of silverstone AP's...

I could install a couple of heatsinks that I have from an old Mobo i guess.. (or not?)

The ram kit if good. Just remember, will need one on each RAM chip and VRM chip and will need something like thermal tape, not paste, to hold them in place.

Go for the EK pump - that is the better one I think and you can still use the res you already picked.

The AP fans would definitely be a lot better. :)

I don't really know exactly how each ram and vrm chip actually looks. I have a 6970 Saphire card. Will these be enough Cooltek Aluminium VGA RAM Memory Heatsink ?

And since I'm kind of in a budget, will the Pump/Res combo (all in one) work?

Right, so this is the final rig: (only the things that have been controversial)

Res/Pump: XSPC X2O 750 Dual 5.25†Bay Reservoir Watercooling Pump

VGA UNI BLOCK: Alphacool HF 14 GPU ATI NVIDIA Smart Motion Universal Copper Edition

VGA heatsinks:

Cooltek Aluminium VGA RAM Memory Heatsink

That XSPC 750 is a good one for what you can get...

If you go here http://www.overclock.net/t/1159672/superbizz-sapphire-radeon-hd6970-309-99-mir/10 - you can see the various PCB's - notice the RAM chips above and beside the GPU chip? They need heatsinks. Then you have VRM chips. One to the top/left and then a bunch in a strip on the right. Not sure if there are any others.

Thanks man, I just ordered everything! I'm probably going to mount the rad on top of the case (externally) :p.It probably won't fit on the inside...!
