Someone convinced me to go intel a while back when I posted an amd build so now I'm going with an Intel cpu (haswell) and I have done some research and found a sight that has majority of the components I think I need . I need some help with some of the components and whether the are compatible and what I could improve on my system build.I especially need some help with the Psu for future compatibility but more so that I saw a video that linus posted about haswell and psu's being compatible so that it can go into a mode where it uses less power.it says on this site

What's your budget?  Motherboard Manufacturers usually update the Bios on motherboards anyways so unless your motherboard has been sitting in a warehouse for the last year, you'll be fine.  Safest thing to do is to contact MSI and ask what BIOS their board ships with.

i5-4690k@4.5GHz || MSI GTX 970 || MSI z97 Gaming 5 || NZXT Kraken x61 || WD Black 1TB || Crucial MX100 || 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro || Corsair RM750 || NZXT H440 || Corsair k70 RGB mx browns || Acer H236HL || ViewSonic VX2255wm-4

That motherboard is mini-ITX, and the case is micro ATX. Unless you are planning on going mini soon, I'd recommend a slightly larger board for substantially more expandability.

Also when it comes to "future compatibility" it depends on whether you plan on adding more parts later on (and with that board, you won't be able to add much. At the moment, that combination of parts doesn't look suited to expanding, so a 450W PSU from a decent brand should be plenty.
