Xclaim Xi-3 problems need help!

I recently bought a Xclaim Xi-3 after watching Linus video. I have an Ethernet line running to the old router that our internet provider sent us and to make sure that the AP would work I plugged the cable directly into laptop and I got internet. I am not able to connect my I phone 5 mac book and an older gaming laptop to the AP but everything else connects well and the speed and range is great. I have voice over IP phones and one of them would not connect and I called the voice over IP company and they said that I need a wired router to connect to the Ethernet line then to the AP then from the AP the with Switch. Pleas let me know if I am understanding this correctly. If I need to get a wired router pleas give me suggestions but the router needs to be Gigabit. I would also like to know if the router would fix the problem that I could not connect some of my devices to the WiFi. I posted my AP settings from the CloudManager below.

I made a temporary fix by using my 100mb old WiFi router and plugging my voice over IP phones and my AP in to the old router and everything works fine. But I still need a wired gigabit router to replace my sub par 100mb one.
