Moving Steam folder help

I wanna move my steam folder out of program files (x86) for Skyrim/Fallout modding ease of use and I was wondering how to do this and where should I put the folder? (Only have one drive)

You can put it wherever you want, as long as you tell steam where it is in the settings.
